			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>I don&#8217;t need to tell you what boobs are, since slightly over 50% of the population of this planet has them. But that fatty chest tissue also appears quite often in the other half of the population due to any number of reasons &#8211; obesity, medical conditions, etc.</p>
<p>When men have boobs, they&#8217;re called moobs, which is short for man boobs and usually a good fitness program and healthy eating regimen keeps them under control. Sometimes though, as seen in the ad for some quasi-health thing below, it doesn&#8217;t quite work out that way.</p>
